We recently managed a final sortie into our beloved Derbyshire Dales with Stressbusters (our regular walking group). We met near Biggin, walked down a beautiful dale to the river Dove then to Hartington for lunch. We then trolled up past Hartington Youth Hostel, joined the Tissington Trail, returning to Biggin. The weather was very good (one of the few ones this summer) we shall miss the picturesque Dales but we're sure to replace them with exotic equivalents in Cambodia. The next training VSO begins on Wednesday at Harbourne Hall near Birmingham.
